Pass holders accept that cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snow biking involve risks. They will therefore undertake, in their personal capacity and on behalf of their heirs and assigns and those under their care, to release, indemnify, and save harmless Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, the NCC, and Services récréatifs DEMSIS inc. from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses for any injury including death, or any loss of or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused by taking part in the aforementioned activities. Passes remain NCC property and may be confiscated by NCC staff at any time. They are also personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
